Votes, please.

I need your help. I'm working on a commissioned piece, a neckpiece, and I can't decide which direction to take. The top and middle one will have the soft peach tulle, either as a rose (the top) or as a triple bow (middle). The third one will have the "Flintstones" stones as a top tier while the top will have two strands of freshwater pearls as top tiers. There are other differences but I'll let you look and react on your own.
Let's say top one is 1, middle is 2 and bottom is 3. It would be a great help if you could place your vote!

#2 The gold beads really makes the piece POP

#1, as I like how the smaller gold beads set off the others and it is "softer" closer to the neck. You may be sorry you asked us all! LOL

Dear Orna,

My vote goes with #1, from a design aspect I like how the two smaller blue hued pearl strands repeat the blue pearl beading on the bottom of the tulle ribbon base. The overall effect is balanced in scale and pleasing to the eye. Most likely you'll need to reflect on the recipient's personality and strengths in order to gauge the direction that you would choose to bead in. It's a tough choice, but drawing from your prior projects you'll find your favorite direction. :-)

I like #1 best. The only reason I can give is that it is the one that is most pleasing to my eye

I love the third one.. think the Flintstone beads are complement to the rest of the design and colour.

#1 for reasons that Nikki sums up very well. (another thought is to try a combo of #1 and #3 - just a few flintstones beads and alternate them with the blue-hued and/or brown/copper pearl beads... just a thought but can't judge without seeing it) -Kathy

#2, but I prefer the rose to the triple bow. Hope this helps!

I really like #1. Looks more balanced to my eye. Like Nikki, I like the two rows of smaller blue pearls. I also like the rose bow.

Favorite is #1, it is softer and more feminine looking to me. If the person wants something bolder, then #3. For some reason I don't like #2 with the bow or gold beads - I think the gold makes it look too heavy.

Gut, 1st choice #2. In order 2-1-3.
#2 is softer
#1 pops
#3 Bold

I also like #1; to me, the repetition of beads is more sophisticated and softer...

Number 1.

Number 2 is nice (I like the pearl 'sticks'), but the stones on the collar are a little too lined up -- maybe do the collar stones assorted like on 1, but with the stick pearls, although maybe not so many?

The big blue beads on 3 are just too big -- they just don't match the beaded collar stylewise

#1 makes it elegant and dressy.

#2 too egyptian

#3 too casual

my vote #1

#2 gets my vote as each element of color and texture transitions into one another more subtly than the others. I can't wait to see this finished!

I vote for the necklace with the pearls. I think that they over a nice balance to the other natural stones. It's the one I'd wear!
