The wood floor is almost an industrial grade wood, often used in old factories or warehouses. It fit the budget and I actually love the color variations!
A couple of years ago, the flooring in the first floor of the building that I work in was replaced -- with similar wood. I love that floor! I wish I could find a place in my house to use it.
