Stick This!

So here is thought: What if you gave your kid, and every kid you knew, and all their friends, and the friends of their friends as many stickers as they wanted for two weeks? And what if you gave them a blank canvas to stick their stickers on. No, scratch that. A blank room! That's just what the amazing artist Yayoi Kusama did at the Queensland Art Gallery of Modern Art this past December.
What I find so very interesting about this experiment is that patterns emerge from a child's random placement of all of these dots! It makes me dizzy but it's quite remarkable! It reminds me of George Seurat.
